With a score of 250 in obc category, there are no possibilities for procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. To be in the safe zone, a minimum score of 450 or above would be required for the obc category. With this score, you have chances at private colleges, but that depends entirely on your state. If you belong to states like TamilNadu or Rajasthan, even private colleges are not possible. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.

You might have faint chances in your 85% state quota counselling of your domiciliary state. Since, you have not provided us with the name of your state we could not come up with further details.
