HELLO CHITRANKAR

since you did mention which paper 1 or  2. Let us assume it to be paper 1 by default.

Firstly congratulations for your result and qualifying JEE mains!!
now it is difficult to predict the actual rank since it depends on various factors.
but your expected rank can be calculated by using the formula (100 - total percentile)*869010/100. Now the expected rank for your present percentile for the january session comes out to be 83685 general category rank. Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session fore eg if no of students increased by 1200000 then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs.

Now since the official cutoffs from the institute are yet to be announced so it would be a little difficult to predict your chances. as from year cutoffs the chances are  a little less in top NITs but do not worry you still have an april attempt left and more importantly JEE advanced is waiting for you which can straightaway lead you into IITs. but do worry at all we have a tool called college predictor which has the following features
