Can I get b.sc and m.sc courses on iit by applying through jee mains and advanced , if the score is well???

Yes you can, as some IIT's offer a B.Sc degree. But you must be course specific as only few IIT's offer few courses .
And their are also IIT's which do not offer any B.Sc Courses.
