Can I get CSE or IT at AIT Pune with CRL 45k and percentile 96.08% in JEE mains 2019. I am an army ward.

The cut off for admission in AIT, Pune for last year, for the general category was a rank of 59627 for the Computer Science Engineering branch. Considering this you would require a rank around this range for a fair chance of admission here.
The other criteria is that you need 50% and above in your 12th board exams.
