Hello Hema Sree

PES is quite a popular and esteemed college/university and CSE is quite demanding there. People getting CSE there doesnot generally surrender their seats easily.

So, with this rank getting CSE/ISE would be quite difficult as the cutoff somewhere lies around 700 for these branches.

So, with these rank, This would be tough to judge as 3400 is just outside last year's cut offs. But you can get a civil seat and many people surrender their seats after the academic year starts and many mechanical seats get left out and there is a great chance you will secure a mechanical seat by the end of 1st semester.

All the best!

Hema, it seems really difficult for you to get CSE branch in PES University. The branch closes in 850-900 rank.

Depending on your rank, you might have a chance of getting other branches which includes EE, Civil, Mechanical, BioTech etc. But it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries.

Hope this helps!

All the best!
