Yes, with an SC rank of 12,756 in AP EAMCET, there is a fair chance of getting ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) at JNTUK (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada) given the year's cutoff trends.  In past years, the category of SC for ECE at JNTUK has fluctuated but they seem to close around 10,000–13,000. So perhaps you have accomplished ECE in 2nd and 3rd rounds or spot admission although not likely. I  would suggest:

1. Follow the counselling rounds and seats availability
2. Consider also JNTU affiliated colleges in proximity.
