The placement of electronics and instrumentation engineering very well depends on from which nit would you pursue it from. The top nit's would have a good placement in this branch. If you would share with us which nit would you get into according to your rank then we would surely tell you a detailed view of the placements in that nit.

debayansen.ds.ds The placemennts of electronics and instrumentation engineering in NIT agartala is really good. 93% of the students who opted in for campus placements were placed last year. The highest package offered was 14 LPA (Samsung Bangalore and Samsung Delhi) and the lowest package is Reliance Jio Infocom which is 3.8 LPA while average package is 6.5 LPA with companies like Wipro turbo, Sagezza etc. The top recruiting companies for EIE are Reliance Industries and Cairn India. The highest role offered is deputy manager for sales-based startup companies. The highest is 7 LPA (Nokia) least is Infosys (4 LPA) and average is 5 LPA (LnT Infotech). Around 80% of students pursued internships at various companies and research institutes like Visakhapatnam steel plant, IIT Roorkee, HPCL, Vedanta, IOCL etc.
