You are accepting good marks. You may get seat in UP government medical college but chances are very less. The expectation also depends on your category and subcategory. In 2018 colleges were alloted upto 469 marks. But the score may variate year to year.

U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah:- 492
Government Medical College, Kannauj:- 537
Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar:- 535
Government Allopathic Medical College, Banda, UP:- 533
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow:- 469
so dear with your marks , you have chances of getting above colleges.
