You can get some college that you have mentioned but  getting  cse,it and other core branched in IEM, HERITAGE ,Techno india will not be possible .You can get production engineering in haldia institute of technology and may get EEE and civil engineering over there
And moreover you can also get instrumentation and control engineering in haldia.
