Since as you know well that GEN - EWS rank system/category is newly introduced by the NTA authorities, so for that till now none of the Institute's have declared the Cuttoff for the EWS category so it might be harder for someone to predict the College specially government institutions based upon the EWS rank. So better you should wait till the counselling commence.

Hi Srivastava, hope you are doing well, yes you can get iiit Delhi with your rank of 3744 ews rank in jee mains. According to the latest cutoff rank of below 8000 is sufficient to get into iiit delhi, you got less than 8000. I think you are surely eligible for iiit Delhi.  I also suggest you to go through the rank predictor to know more about the admission through jee mains.
