If you want to be a Medical Cosmetologist/Cosmetic Dermatologist, you need a Post graduate Degree in Dermatology (MD or diploma/DNB) after MBBS.
If you have got 200 marks out of 1200 in NEET-PG from UR category, then chances are quite low for you. With a national rank round 3000, you can get admission to Deemed Universities. But with this much marks, your expected rank will be above 1 lakh. So, you may get an opportunity in some private colleges (through management quota).
