That's a great rank. Yes you can get a seat maybe not in the best college of Assam but definitely in some government MBBS college of the state. You can easily get in  Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur as it had cutoff marks around 420 last year and an intake of equivalent rank around 600. So you rank remains under that and that provides you a great chance to get a government seat this year.
