Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs with 389 marks. In general category you need score 540+ in 85% state quota both in Karnataka and Kerela.

The cutoff for both the states remains high as the number of participants from that state is also high .

Although getting government seat for mbbsa depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, AIQ rank, state, state rank, etc.  Although the qualifying marks for neet for general category is 147 , for sc and st it is 113 marks.

Hi,

OBC category students also need 40 percentile score for NEET. And to get MBBS admission they need more than 113 to 146 minimum marks. This is based on last year(2019) cut-off .

This totally depends on your rank, that which college you can secure through your rank. But yes I will say that demand for MBBS seats through all india quota is comparatively higher than the state level quota seats.

The lowest cut off in NEET are scored in Goa. Particularly in Goa Medical College, Bambolin which is a Government Medical College(GMC). In the list NEET SCORE are designated first and then the NEET RANk.

Hope this helps

Wish you luck
