As you have mentioned that your SC rank in UPSEE is 1314 which indeed is a good rank to secure a seat for mechanical in IET lucknow.

The UPSEE cutoff rank for IET LUCKNOW IN 2018 was 3095 in open category in chemical engineering in third round of counselling..



This is the rank to atleast enter the IET but there were seats left in final spot also.
