It depends on college to college basis. If you're having very high marks in 10+2 then they might provide you a little amount of scholarship. But you need to talk to the college officials. But there are many ways you can apply for a scholarship. just check the government scholarship for engineering students. You should do a little bit of research and if you fulfill their eligibility criteria then you might get a scholarship.
