first of all congratulations for securing a good rank in this exam . The cutoffs vary every year,so the admission possibility usually  depends on the demand for the particular course ie., the number of applicants  , the number of seats available and the difficulty level of the exam. Your category also plays a role in it .On a general note , since your rank is below 500 you will most probably get seat in Andhra University .
