Look There are lot colleges where you can apply using your marks scored. Now first I would suggest you keep your option open for now and apply for multiple colleges. This will increase your chances of getting the branch of your choice. 

Second important thing is, try to keep a watch on the counseling details of the college where you want to apply. Find out how many students they call for the first round of counseling. This will give you an idea of your chances of getting into that college.
