Can i get the upgraded medical college in mp after allotting college.? If i want to upgrade then what are the chances

Upgradation is a part of counselling process. It is a uniform process for all colleges. Usually, you get upgraded with subsequent rounds of counselling . please do wait till the counselling starts. Everything will be notified
