Hi aspirant,
Yes you can surely give JEE Main or even advanced after taking admission in IIT provided that you meet the eligibility criteria. According to the current rules, a candidate can appear for JEE main in consecutive 3 years and for JEE advanced in consecutive 2 years starting from the year you appear for intermediate examination. Remember it is a uphill task as in college you will have to do numerous Assignments, projects, quizzes, exams etc. So maintaining the flow and intensity will be tough but if you wish then you can try and work hard to get the desired results.
Hope it helps!!
