No, the 2 you mentioned are your extra subjects, you cannot include them in top 4. Your top 4 should include a language( English in your case), business studies, Maths (if you have), Accounts and Economics. If you didn't have maths, then you can put the subject you took in place of it in top 4.

extra subject can be added in top 4 but that will deduct 1/2.5 percent from overall percentage.
