see there is no dual degree program of chemistry offered in andhra university. you may check the full list of science courses at below link:

however b.sc course is not available at university campus, you may apply for affiliated college of andhra university or distance learning course, admission is based on 12th score obtained in board exam. there is no other separate exam.
