Yes you can join lateral entry diploma with 65% in +2 sc.The minimum cutoff parentage is around 47% .So you can join it.The entry is based on merir mainly..your boards exam must be passed with the required subjects included.Many colleges hold provision for lateral entry with scope of scholarships in some according to your percentage.
