Can I learn CS with/after B.Tech in EE ? Is the reverse possible ? Also why should one take CSE or why should one take EE , compare both ?

Hello Bluestar, You can only change stream after 2 semesters after getting good CGPA.

Electrical engineering is a professional engineering discipline that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism.

Electronics & Communication Engineering

It deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits (IC). It also deals with basic electronics, analogue and digital transmission & reception of data, voice and video (Example AM, FM, DTH), microprocessors, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression.
