I still cannot get any informantion about weather students having nativity certificate can join as an Indian National instead of NRI or not

 Dear Kannan, if you are a NRI, you should select NRI as your option and not as Indian as your nationality. Selecting an option is easy but defining that option and explaning how you fall under that mentioned category is important. Cos its just not about having advantage but also you shouldn't be held for any wrongdoing be it innocence or ignorance. This is verified at the time of counselling and if found to be false at any time, the admission of that candidate shall be cancelled immediately and criminal proceedings may be intiated. This is not an attempt to scare you by any means but advising the right way of doing it.
