If you want to participate in the counselling for JEE MAINS 2021 you need to have a valid score in order to participate. SO if you have no valid score i.e., no AIR corresponding to the JEE MAINS 2021 then you won't be able to go for the counselling of JEE MAINS 2021. If you have the valid score then you can undoubtedly opt for the counselling.
