I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Pulkit you cannot participate in Mop-Up round because Mop-Up round is for those students who didn't get any seat in 1st or 2nd rounds. Only those students who are not allotted any seats in 1st or 2nd round can participate in Mop-Up round. So  as you got seat in 2nd round you are not eligible for Mop-Up round.
