You need to calculate your 12th board percentage on the basis of your marks in best 5 subjects if you have any extra subject in 12th and have more marks in it than any main subject you can sure consider it in calculating your overall percentage.

So if i cal. My percentage with the sub. Phy. Chem. Eng. Bio. Nd physical edu. Then its 86.8 %
Nd if i remove phys. Edu. Nd include maths then its 84.4%
