No you cannot study engineering in foreign countries through EAMCET rank.
undergraduate engineering programmes in foreign countries require "SAT" exam score to pursue engineering (UG)
students applying for graduate engineering programmes must have a GRE score apart from having a UG degree.

Dear Nagendra, EAMCET is a State Level Entrance Examination for admission into colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This score cannot be considered eligible for admissions in other States. And EAMCET cannot be considered at an International platform as well. If you want to go abroad for studies, you need to appear either for IELTS/TOEFL which are Language Proficiency tests. These scores will help you identify which college can you select. Then you have to check the eligibility criteria of the college and apply accordingly. But your EAMCET score cannot be considered for studying Engineering abroad.
