Yes you can pursue M.Sc astrophysics after B.Tech in aerospace engineering.

You can give the entrance exam for Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) which is conducted every year in November. You can also get selected through Joint Entrance Screening Test, conducted annually in the month of February, followed by an interview.

Also, IIT offers astrophysics and cosmology as a masters degere after Aerospace engineering.

Also, try for IUCAA, selection is made in July through a written test and an interview. Selected candidate is required to clear the CSIR / UGC-NET / GATE exam within one year of admission to the Ph.D. if he/she has not done so already.

Yes you can pursue Astrophysicis after B. Tech in aerospace engineering. You can give but it also depends on some factors like :- institutions regulations etc. You can also take admission in IIA  Indian Institute of Astrophysics Banglore. Where the selection criteria is too good. Also you need to have minimum 50% in graduation with a recognized board.
