Hello student yes you can pursue MSc in Microbiology for sure as you've pursued Bsc in science relevant subjects.

Eligibility for MSc in microbiology - Candidates must passed Bsc degree in any stream of science such as zoology, botany, chemistry, microbiology with at least 55 percent marks from a recognized University.

I request you to please help me with your preferable college in which you're willing to pursue MSc in Microbiology so that I can check and provide you the exact information about eligibility requirements and admission process.
