Hello,

Yes, you can.
You will have to take out the print out of the format of the undertaking given on the website. You will find option to write your name and your father's name and other details.You will also have to mention the reason due to your current situation, you are not able to upload a valid category certificate, but you will submit it before the bound time. Then sign the paper and upload.

hi,

see you have to separately apply for each of the iits to admission to m.tech course. now it will depends on the admission criteria and the authority of iits , that how they would allow for caste certificates or other certificates need to submit in admission portal. so I suggest you to check the eligibility criteria and required documents in official brochure before applying.
