In order to get enrolled in M . Tech programmes, candidates must have qualified GATE entrance examination and should have a valid GATE score. Candidates who have secured CGPA of 8.5 and above in graduation from IITs are also eligible for admission .

To get admission into IIT Delhi for MTech,



Eligibility criteria of IIT Delhi M.Tech must be fulfilled.



Candidates must have qualified GATE entrance examination OR should be an IIT graduate with a CGPA of 8.5 and above.



Candidates not meeting IIT Delhi M.Tech 2019 eligibility criteria will not be offered admission.



Most important point is that:

• To have qualified their qualifying degree (B.Tech/B.E.)
• To have secured a valid score in GATE entrance examination.

As you've passed your BTech, you need to score in GATE to get into IIT Delhi.
