Hi,

Yes you can opt for B.Sc Food Technology with PCB subjects. B.Sc in Food Tech is a career oriented course and has lots of options. After completing this course you can either go and apply for various jobs like: food techs, biochemists, work in production industry, organic chemists and lot more,  Or, you can do your post graduation studies in food tech, food and nutrition, fermentation and food sciences, etc. and enhance your opportunities in various fields. You can also do specialized masters in oil processing, bakery, dairy, etc.

hope this helps, good luck!
