Hey,

Since the registration procedure has been closed you cannot make any changes in your marks now. But you need not to worry much as it's just a mere procedure of registrating yourself with du. The marks will be checked again and you will have to fill your marks again there in the college while taking your admission after the cutoffs are out.

Till then you can make no changes and have to wait till the cutoffs are out. Also du portal might release an edit option if they feel like but chances are rare.
