You can use your EWS certificate which will.be issued in January 2021 for jee main 2021.
Validity of EWS certificate is different for different states. In some states validity of EWS certificate is one year whereas in some states it is 6 months.
Validity of EWS certificate in Gujarat is one year.
In Maharashtra it is six months.
In Bihar validity of EWS certificate is attached ne year.
Hence one had to check Department of revenue website of state to check the validity of EWS certificate.
Though you will be issued the certificate in January 2021, it will be valid for you to use till December 2021.
