No, you cannot use only 5 subject marks in your JEE-Main 2021 Application form if you have 6 subjects mentioned in your scorecard. The reason being, verification of documents, so you have to produce the marksheet of class 12th at the time of admission and at that time the percentage should be same in the marksheet as you have filled in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form because NTA clearly mentioned a point in their guidelines that if the candidate has got his/her result then then marks uploaded in the JEE-Main application form should be same as mentioned in the marksheet and if you don't follow the guidelines then you will have to face some problems in future.
