Hello,
Yes you can get admission in Du with 76 percentage in B.A. Psychology as you are ST candidate you have good chance of getting admission but you have to wait for 9th or 10th cutoff. According to the meri list of the colleges under Delhi university.you will get admission in one of the college but not the top one.

It is very difficult to get admission in DU with this percentage but still you can give it a try. You can wait for last cut-off.
