Let's make one thing very clear my friend
what release your mind will it be sketching reciting or reading or listening to music is completely up to you
yes definitely music is a big stress reliever and especially melodious music and rob your mind of lots of frustrations and tensions which will be acquired as you do intensive study over a period of time
but there is no hard and fast rule that music is the essence to success in NEET UG or any other competitive examination
what is most essential that you do something which makes you happy and comfortable whether it be some co curricular activity or physical exercise or any other thing which makes you feel at ease with yourself
I hope this suggestion helps you and would also advise you to dedicate at least half an hour in a day or at least 2 hours every alternate day to some activity with release your mind of stress and give you inner peace to be able to focus well and bring out the best within yourself during the tough period

Hello aspirant,

Thanks for contacting Careers 360.

There has been a belief that listening to classical musics helps in improving concentration (Mozart's effect). In my opinion, while solving Physics and Chemistry questions, you may tune to Loffee/Lofi music (just search Loffee/Lofi in YouTube).

Yes, during my preparation I listened to music (for motivation like Hall Of Fame song and for concentration). I used to listen Loffee music while doing late night studies to sharpen my concentration and rejuvenate my mood.

Don't listen to music, while studying Biology. While learning a subject, listening to music is not recommended.

Thank You

Best Of Luck
