Definitely you can if you have clear fundamental and have finished syllabus well from NCERt books and have appeared for more than 10mocks.

Most important is practice and solving and analysing mistakes feom mocks. Thoroughly revising and taking short notes is recommended. 

With doubt solving and baove strategies you can surley crack.

Well the answer to this a lot depends on you and your skill set. If you have the true dedication and you are willing to put your full efforts towards achieving your goal then why not?anything and everything is possible in this world.We are human and we have powers to change world.So, now what you need to do is that you will have to study very very hard. I cant say you how much because if i say 16 then you might get scared as many questions will start arising in your mind like you cant do think,it will hamper your health and mind and body and etc.But then i can also suggest you to put 8 hours and study so smartly that you feel you have studies endless.
So,thats that it all depend on you how much yoy are willing gable to do.

Just go for it.Think like its something you want anyhow and you cant do anything for that You will pull a miracle .
