It's good you have received your rank list for admission in DU.

If you want to take admission in B.Tech in one of the colleges of Delhi University,then i think you have to register yourself and you have to apply for B.Tech course admission.

Then as DU will release the merit lists,then you have to report to your alloted college and complete your registration,document verification and fee payement...etc.

So sometimes it happens that the candidate's name in neither in the first merit list nor in the second one.So have patience and wait till the last merit list.

Because the merit list will be based on your 12th board percentage.
