I think you are speaking about the medical career. Until now we don't have Neet as an online exam but we have AI IMS and j i p m e r as online test. In both of these exams you are allowed to Recheck the answer you have made and also if you want you can correct it and there is a another option for you to mark the questions that you want to do later.
