Dear Srinath, if you are talking about AP region, then Kurnool Medical College, Venkateswara Medical College, Guntur Medical College amd Rangaraya Medical College are as equally famous as Siddhartha Medical College. Their reputation and OP ward  beat Siddhartha Medical College anytime.
