It depends from college to college. Some college has a policy which says that it's okay to have physical education in best of four while some say otherwise. You can add physical education in your best four for BSc courses but you might be at a disadvantage with other candidates. some colleges deduct some part from final calculated percentage if you have included physical education marks.
