The admission in Delhi University for MBBS is done on the basis of your NEET result and your 12th board marks, so you will have to appear for NEET in order to get an admission there. It is not possible to get an admission without cracking NEET.

To get into DU university without cracking NEET your 12th percentage needs to be greater than 96%. Also if you apply through neet with a good ranking your seat will be merit based and the fees will be substantially reduced based on your rank.

No.. Its not possible to get into any of the medical colleges under Delhi University without clearing the neet exam. 

Some of the best colleges of the country are affiliated to DU and getting admission into them not only requires qualifying the exam, but also getting a score of above 580-600.

There is not other gateway for admission into these colleges except NEET.

Ministry of health and welfare conducts the admission for MBBS in Delhi University. Seats are filled on the basis of merit rank list in NEET 2019. This conducting body is only responsible for admission into 85% state quota seats. 

Sorry but according to the eligibility criteria, no you cannot get admission in Delhi University for MBBS without cracking NEET exam.
