Sorry, you cannot get admission in a government engineering college using management quota. Management quota is seats reserved only in private engineering colleges including self-financing colleges and autonomous colleges where you can get admission without giving any entrance examinations. Getting an engineering seat using management quota will cost you way higher than the government quota.
