Not as 100% but if you are hard-enough then probably yes.
You may get a government job after doing MD or MS.
There is nothing written as if you have done your MD you will get a government job.
There is a licene exam and after there are some more exam ,if you would have clear that you can be a government doctor.
There is also a government recruitment exam.
There are some exams in India in central and state basis for doctors to work in government hospitals.
