Yes,you can give both the exams in same year.But if you have the domicile of maharashtra,then only you can appear in MHT CET otherwise you should apply for other private colleges.

Yes, you can give MHT CET and JEE exam in the same year.
If you have domicile certifiacte of Maharashtra then it is recommended to appear for MHT CET otherwise you can also apply for private colleges of Maharashtra through JEE Main and JEE Main students are preffered over MHT CET.
