Yes,you can give JEE,NEET and MHT CET exams together in same year.But you must have domicile certificate of Maharashtra then it is recommended for MHT CET otherwise you can also apply for private colleges of Maharashtra through JEE mains and JEE main students are preferred over MHT CET.

JEE, NEET, and MHT CET  all are the entrance exam conducted for the purpose of taking admission into the various undergraduate courses.

You can give all the exam in same year provided the date of exam are different. There is no problem in giving one or more entrance exam in a year.

Yes, you can give or attempt Jee , Neet and mht cet in the same year provided you meet their eligibility criteria ,

For example,

Eligibility criteria says that to be eligible  for JEE mains 2021 for BE or Btech you just must be either appearing for 12th board exam in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019 with Physics,  mathematics and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject.

Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st

So, if you meet above  criteria then you are eligible for JEE mains and neet and   similarly if you are eligible for mht cet then you can give all of jee, neet and mht cet in the same year
