Yes sure. To study BTech in IIT Madras after 12th you have to give JEE mains and JEE advanced. Of you qualify in JEE mains then you have to give JEE advanced which is one of the toughest exam in the world.

Why not ? 

You can surely get admission in any of the IITs after you complete your 12th . All you have to do is to clear JEE ADVANCED exam which is the entrance exam for admission into IITs. Yesterday was the JEE ADVANCED exam , I hope u sat in that exam . The results would be available by 14th June . You will have to wait for the results to know which IIT you can get admitted to . I guess IIT MADRAS would require a rank below 1500 to get a good course .
