Hello Chahat, 

Yes  you can take black and white admit card in AIIMS exam. There is no such restrictions.  Just make sure that your photo and all other information are clearly visible in your admit card. 

It would be better if you can take coloured printout because it reduces the chances of patches which may occur sometimes in black and white printouts. Rest is your choice ,information should be clearly visible .
